1. Service Access
Customers must ensure bins are left curbside, empty, and accessible by 9:00 AM on the scheduled service day.
If bins are not available or blocked (e.g., by vehicles or snow), the service may be skipped and no refund issued.
A rescheduling fee may apply.
2. Weather & Seasonal Conditions
Wicked Clean Cans operates year-round, but safety comes first.
In the case of extreme weather (freezing temps, heavy snow, thunderstorms, etc.), service may be:
Delayed until conditions improve
Rescheduled to the next available route day
We do not issue weather-related refunds unless service is fully canceled and not rescheduled.
3. Winter Billing Policy
Recurring customers will continue to be billed through winter to retain their reserved route slot.
We may adjust cleaning frequency based on conditions and will make up missed cleanings in warmer months.
To pause service during winter, you must submit written notice before the next billing cycle.
4. Recurring Plan Minimums
To ensure route efficiency and fairness, all recurring plans require a minimum commitment:
Bi-Weekly and Monthly Plans: 3-month minimum
Bi-Monthly and Quarterly Plans: 6-month minimum
Early cancellations before the minimum term may result in a $25 cancellation fee or forfeiture of remaining services.
5. Bin Condition & Damage
Bins must be structurally safe for cleaning. We are not liable for:
Cracks
Detached lids
Broken wheels
Technicians may skip bins that are damaged or unsafe and notify the customer.
6. Payments
Payment is due before or on the day of service.
We accept credit/debit cards, online invoicing, or recurring auto-pay via Jobber.

Veterans
First Responders
Seniors
ID may be requested at sign-up.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations require 24 hours' notice.
Bins that are not out or accessible will be marked as no-show and not refunded.
Recurring plans must be canceled in writing. If canceled before the minimum term, a cancellation fee may apply.
